Artist: Jump Jumper Ant

Gahel Ocampo (Mexican, b. March 10th, 19XX), who uses the artist alias Jump Jumper Ant, gained international recognition for her use of ubiquitous gaze within designer toy works. Crafting her own version of classic doll eyes in resin, Ocampo’s modified and hand-painted sculptural toy works give the impression that their gaze is literally following the viewer.
